I am unsure of what to call this post. I just did a slew of nail art recently and decide I needed to another one (perhaps that will be my post tittle). I did like the mustache manicure, but I just wasn't feeling all sunny and yellow. I didn't want to stamp, although that is what I did, so I took to the internet for some inspiration. You got to love Pintrest! I found a design by Carlysisoka and decided that it was what I wanted to recreate. (I am going to look more at her Instagram photos as she has got some really cute nail art ideas)
Obviously I made it my own. I went with a darker gray and I stamped the chevron pattern, Bundle Monster BM-423, and I am pretty sure she used tape.I also don't like solid white nails. I I know you see a solid white pinkie nail, but when I did my original design it was gray, but it didn't look right and when I continued looking at Pintrest I saw Fortheloveofnails_'s design and decided to compromise. Hence the white pinkie. I think is looks much more put together this way.
I know this been a lot of talking. I guess I feeling a bit chatty, but I will get on with it. I used Konad Special White, China Glaze Immortal, Nina Ultra Pro French White, and Sephora by OPI If You've Got It Haunt It. I always love a good excuse to use IYGIHI! I think it is one of my favorite polishes. I love how it shines in the sun! I actually saw a swatch of this, I don't remember where, and knew it had to be mine! I thing I paid more than I have for any polish, but it was totally worth it!!
Well I guess that is all for now. I want to do another design soon. I am really itching to do more, but I will try to hold off for at least another day. I also need to start posting some from the vault designs. There is a lot to do since I have been more lax on my blogging. I hope I am getting better at. . .

P.S. Aren't hands looking better! Go Julep Cutticle oil and Bert's Bees Hand lotion!
Inspired by others and executed by myself. And a few from my brain too.

31 Nail Art Challenge Take Two Day 21: Galaxy
Some of blog posts I seem to give an elaborate set-up and then others . . . not so much. This will fall into the not-so-much category.
I saw The Daily Nail do this design and I thought if I was going to do a galaxy design on my own nails for the first time lets do something different and awesome. I like it. I do, I am just not sure how much. Can you tell it is supposed to be the moon and the galaxy in the background? I hope you can. . .
I used a lot of colors, just like any other galaxy manicure. The starry galaxy color was Sephora by OPI If You've Got It, Haunt It. The other colors were all China Glaze. I used Pelican Gray, White-On-White, Concrete Catwalk, Happy Go Lucky, Electric Beat, Urban-Night, and Wicked Style. Whew! That is a finger full!
A few more shots ending with thumbs. The last thumb, my right one, I think is the best nail. If you have any ideas for what I can do next time that might make this a bit better I would love the advice.
The other ladies' manicures are out of this world and you better freeze time to check them out! (If you get that reference, than you get a gold star in heaven!)

12 Days of Christmas: Snow Flakes
I had orignally planed to do this on someone else, but our schedules didn't mesh right, so you get my nails.
This was inspired by Indigo Nova 1's tutorial. She inspired me to use different colors and I half went for it. I wish my lines weren't so heavy handed, but I rushed through it a bit and that is what I get.
I used China Glaze Liquid Leather, Sephora by OPI If You've Got It Haunt It, and Wet n' Wild French White Cremè. I love IYGIHI! From the first time I saw a swatch of it I knew I had to have it! I think it looks like snowflakes against a starry night sky. Mmm, I need some hot coco now!
My sad broken thumb, but I wanted you to see how lovely IYGIHI is.
Make sure to look at everyone else's designs! They are stunning!

I am the Pumpkin King!
Happy Halloween!
After so many Halloween manicures I wasn't going to do another one, but you see my favorite movie is Nightmare Before Christmas. I have seen so many different versions of this manicure. I just had to do it too. It seemed like sacrilege if I didn't. So without further ado, I give you Jack Skellington!
The thumb and ring finger each have a different Jack face, some turned out better than others. The left hand ring finger is supposed to be embarrassed. I used Finger Paints Paper Mâchè, Sephora by OPI If You've Got It Haunt It, and China Glaze Liquid Leather.
My thumb on my left hand is supposed to be smiling to the side.
My right ring finger is supposed to screaming.
My right thumb is supposed to be winking, but he looks inebriated in my opinion. All in all I am very happy with this design. I feel like I paid the proper homage and we can now end Halloween the right way.
I hope you all had a frightfully good night and all you boys and ghouls are now tucked in bed while sugar bones dance in your heads. As for me I will always be fond of that skeleton man.
Tootles!
